A note on life lately

God Damnit. Just,.... damnit.

HL-2 is the best game ever!!!

The title says it all I think. In other news I'm going to my grandparents in Tampa for Thanksgiving again this year. It's always fun to see them even if I have to listen to everyones suggestions on how to better my life and use my college degree in some way. I love feeling like a complete loser. Sigh. I need to do some christmas shopping cause we are having a party in two weeks and I haven't gotten anything yet. Of course I just found out about it but still I should have already done some shopping. I also need to send my dad another christmas list so he can get me something for christmas since he has been asking for a while for that. Tomorrow is the last day of work till sunday, and after work I'm going to go and hang out with Cathy some, something I don't do as much of as I would like, but that's life, everyone is busy. Maybe it'll slow down some during the break.

Tired of it

I'm growing tired of certain people at the moment, and I'm not the only one who feels this way about them. They really need to get there head out of there asses and start paying attention to what is going on around them or else they might find themselves quickly without any close friends. Come on now. Get over yourselves!

Blarg

It has been a busy last few days or so. I reserved a copy of Half-life 2 last week, got my haircut, worked from 12pm till 1:30am one day, played several games of warhammer, went to the movies and saw The Incredibles (good movie), and worked some more. I'm trying to come up with a good idea for a rpg campaign. The idea I have know will take some work and I may have to come up with some new things that aren't in any of the many books I have, but it should be fun and doable. Work this week is gonna be long and lots of it. I am however going to be gettng an office now that I will share with the other supervisor and my own desk. Even a computer at somepoint down the road. At least I'm starting to look more the part of a supervisor even if I am not getting paid what I should be or have the power I need to be able to do my job correctly. Sigh. Anyway, I'm suppose to do something with Erin Wedensday night while she is in town since she doesn't have classes on Thursday, and I'm also suppose to do something with Cathy and Amanda sometime too. I'm sure I'll be playing some warhammer with Michael, Gabe, Caleb or Charles too at somepoint. There isn't enough time in the day anymore. Oh well. I also need to get some extra money cause with Christmas coming up, I need as much as I can so I can do some shopping. I have a feeling I'll be broke by the end of December. Hopefully I will be able to see my 3 Warhammer armies by then to get some extra money. Once army has failed to sale twice now, but hopefully the third time will be the charm. I hope so at least.

When did it get cold?

Well the fall weather has finally decided to show up. It was cold as an ice box in my apartment this morning. Apparently the insulation must be crap or nonexistent. No heat stays in. Very cold. I hope I don't get sick cause my health insurance doesn't kick in until the 1st of the new year. My date last weekend went well. We went to OCharlies for dinner and then came back here and watched a DVD. Then we got dressed up in costumes and went to the Kappa Sig party with Michael and Laura, followed up by a late night trip to I-HOP. Good times. I am suppose to take Erin out again Saturday night to see "The Incredibles". She wants to see it and it doesn't look bad so I'm all for that. I just wish I didn't have to work the next day. I hate working the weekends. Oh well.
